Return & Exchange

A. If your item has not been shipped yet:

  1. We support unconditional and free exchanges of goods.
  2. If you wish to return the item, please make sure to contact us at info@vaniacases.shop within 48 hours after placing your order.
    [NOTE] Due to possible time differences, we may not be able to guarantee an immediate response, but we assure you that we will reply within 8 hours.
    Once confirmed, we will proceed with the refund immediately.

B. If you have received the goods:

  1. [30D] If you discover any issues such as wrong item, missing item, damage, non-compliance with our agreement, or discrepancy from the website pictures, please contact us at info@vaniacases.shop within 30 days of receiving the goods.
    We will take responsibility for any errors caused by us and resend your order.
    Any additional shipping costs incurred will be fully covered by us.
  2. If you wish to return or exchange the item for personal reasons, please make sure to contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods (based on the actual delivery date according to the logistics tracking information).
    After confirmation, we will arrange the return or exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 1–2 business days.
    Any additional shipping costs incurred will be covered by you.

C. Tips:

[TIPS] The following situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges after receiving the goods:

  1. Requests made after 30 days of receiving the goods (based on the actual delivery date according to the logistics tracking information).
  2. Items that have been used or washed, affecting secondary sales.
  3. Damage to original tags, stickers, internal packaging, accessories, decorations, gifts, or any other components of the item.
  4. Inability to provide a valid tracking number for return shipments. (We require a trackable shipping method for verification.)

[REFUND] Depending on your payment method, your refund will be automatically returned to your account. The specific processing time may vary depending on your bank. In some cases, especially with credit cards, the original charge may disappear from your statement instead of showing a refund. If this happens, please contact your bank for verification.

[ADDRESS] The refund does not include shipping fees for packages returned due to incorrect address or delivery failure. These fees are non-refundable.

Warranty

[90D] If any damage occurs within 90 days of receiving and normally using our product — such as unusual wear and tear, fading, etc. — you can reach out to us. We will review the issue and determine whether it was caused by user actions.
If it’s not a user-caused problem, we will replace the product for you free of charge.
Any additional shipping costs incurred will be fully covered by us.
